Welcome to Manners on Point School of Etiquette (“Manners on Point”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, programmes and services. By accessing our website, registering for a programme or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals, families, schools, corporate organisations and other institutions.

Individuals registering for programmes must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

2. Registration of Minors

All registrations for participants under 18 years of age must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.

By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:

* they have the legal authority to register the child;
* all information provided is accurate and complete;
* they have read and accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of the child;
* they consent to the child’s participation in the programme, subject to the applicable policies of Manners on Point School of Etiquette.

Manners on Point reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration that does not comply with this requirement.

3. Programme Registration

Programme spaces are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

A registration is considered confirmed only after:

* the required registration information has been received; and
* the applicable registration fee, deposit or full payment has been made, where required.

4. Fees and Payments

Programme fees will be communicated before registration.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

* payments must be made by the stated deadline;
* deposits may be required to secure a place;
* outstanding balances must be settled before participation.

5. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

If you are unable to attend a programme, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the programme:

* registration fees or deposits may be non-refundable;
* transfers to another programme may be approved at the discretion of Manners on Point;
* refunds, where applicable, will be assessed in accordance with the specific programme terms.

If Manners on Point postpones or cancels a programme, participants will be offered an alternative date, programme credit or another appropriate remedy.

6. Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to:

* arrive on time;
* participate respectfully;
* follow all instructions given by trainers;
* comply with the Code of Conduct and other applicable policies.

Manners on Point reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with our values.

7. Health and Safety

Participants, or parents/guardians where applicable, are responsible for informing Manners on Point of any medical conditions, allergies or other information that may affect participation.

While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe learning environment, participants are expected to follow all health and safety instructions.

8. Photography and Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during programmes for educational, promotional or archival purposes.

For participants under 18 years of age, promotional use of photographs or videos will only occur where appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained.

9. Consent to Electronic Communications

By registering for a programme or contacting Manners on Point School of Etiquette, you consent to receive communications relating to your enquiry or registration by email, telephone call, SMS and WhatsApp.

These communications may include:

* registration confirmations;
* invoices and payment reminders;
* programme updates;
* venue information;
* reminders and important notices;
* follow-up communication relating to our services.

You may request that we use an alternative method of communication where reasonably practicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including training materials, manuals, presentations, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, branding and written content, is the intellectual property of Manners on Point School of Etiquette unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

* attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
* interfere with the operation or security of the website;
* use the website in any manner that could damage Manners on Point School of Etiquette or its reputation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manners on Point School of Etiquette shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or participation in our programmes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes shall, where possible, first be resolved amicably through discussion before being referred to the appropriate courts or other lawful dispute resolution processes in Ghana.

14. Changes to These Terms

Manners on Point School of Etiquette reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website and will take effect from the stated Effective Date.
