Client Policy

Welcome to Manners on Point School of Etiquette. We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality etiquette and personal development training in a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment. This Client Policy outlines the standards and expectations that apply when you engage our services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services offered by Manners on Point School of Etiquette, including but not limited to:
* Corporate training programmes
* School-based programmes
* Children’s, tween and teen programmes
* Private coaching and consultations
* Workshops, masterclasses and seminars
* Camps, retreats and special events
* Virtual and in-person training sessions
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from Manners on Point School of Etiquette and, where applicable, receipt of the required registration fee, deposit or full payment.
Programme spaces may be limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
3. Fees and Payments
Programme fees will be communicated before registration or confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
* Payments must be made by the stated deadline.
* Registrations are confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
* Outstanding balances must be settled before participation unless an approved payment arrangement is in place.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where applicable:
* Registration fees or deposits may be non-refundable.
* Approved transfers to another programme may be offered at the discretion of Manners on Point School of Etiquette.
* If a programme is postponed or cancelled by Manners on Point School of Etiquette, registered participants will be offered an alternative date or another suitable option.
5. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time and attend the full programme to obtain maximum benefit.
Late arrivals may miss important content, and repeated lateness may disrupt the learning experience for others.
6. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to:
* Treat trainers, staff and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
* Follow instructions provided during training.
* Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Respect the training venue and its facilities.
Manners on Point School of Etiquette reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inconsistent with our values.
7. Children’s Programmes
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
Children participating in our programmes are expected to follow programme guidelines and behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants.
Our Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy applies to all programmes involving persons under 18 years of age.
8. Health and Wellbeing
Participants or parents/guardians should inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or special requirements that may affect participation.
This information will be treated confidentially and used only to support participant safety and wellbeing.
9. Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during selected programmes for educational, promotional or archival purposes.
For programmes involving children, parental or guardian consent will be obtained before images are used for promotional purposes.
Participants may not record training sessions without prior permission.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during private coaching or consultations will be treated with appropriate confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
11. Intellectual Property
All training materials, manuals, presentations, worksheets, videos and other resources remain the intellectual property of Manners on Point School of Etiquette unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Feedback and Complaints
We value feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.
If you have a concern about any aspect of our service, please contact us promptly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and work towards a fair and timely resolution.

13. Changes to this Policy
Manners on Point School of Etiquette may update this Client Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in our services or changes in legal or operational requirements. The most recent version will always be published on our website.
