Abenaa Antwiwaa Adusei is the Founder and Lead Trainer of Manners on Point School of Etiquette, a modern finishing and etiquette school established in Ghana in 2020.

Her journey into etiquette and refinement began long before Manners on Point. From an early age, she was shaped by a mother who intentionally instilled in her the values of good manners, respect, confidence, discipline and graceful conduct. Those early lessons became a lasting foundation for her understanding of the importance of carrying oneself well and treating others with consideration.

As she grew older, Abenaa naturally found herself guiding and mentoring young people and creating opportunities to support their growth. Through these experiences, she recognised the transformative potential of intentional etiquette and personal development. What began as a natural inclination to nurture and encourage others gradually developed into a deeper passion for helping people build confidence, character and social awareness.

This growing passion eventually led her to pursue professional etiquette training. She successfully completed the academic requirements of From the Inside-Out School of Etiquette, LLC., Sunrise, Florida, USA, earning the title of Certified Etiquette Consultant.

Abenaa holds a BSc in Nursing from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, and an MSc in Occupational Hygiene (Health & Safety) from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana. Her professional background, combined with her etiquette training and continued professional development, gives her a multidisciplinary perspective that informs the way she teaches and engages with people.

Her professional expertise centres on etiquette and refinement, with a focus on helping individuals develop confidence and personal presence, strengthen their communication and public speaking skills and improve their elocution and diction.

Through continuing professional development in entrepreneurship, leadership, mentorship and other capacity-building initiatives, Abenaa continues to invest in her own growth and the quality of the work she delivers.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: refinement is not about becoming someone else, but about becoming the most refined, confident and authentic version of yourself.

Her approach to training is therefore modern, practical and purposeful. She seeks not merely to teach etiquette, but to help people understand it, practise it and confidently apply what they learn in everyday life and professional settings.

Abenaa’s goal is simple: to help individuals become their best selves — confident, considerate, refined and prepared to take their place in every room they enter.
